About “New Beginning” Music Video: Produced and penned by Landry, New Beginning speaks on who she is at this point in her life. Through the lyrics, she shares her newfound confidence and determination to stay true to herself, overriding the naysayers who attempt to distract her along her journey. The video features eye-catching colors, primarily green - one of Jovan's favorite colors - that create a mesmerizing and captivating experience. Jovan's connection to dance is evident in her work, and in this video, she collaborates with her friend and longtime collaborator, Keyierra Collins, to add an Afro-diasporic movement to this head-nod bass-heavy track.
